LAHORE: The CEO of the Ravi Urban Development Authority, Imran Amin, announced that the company’s own CSR funds would be utilised to build approximately one lac modest dwellings.

Dr. James L. Wescoat is renowned for his interdisciplinary work on the water-energy-food nexus, the political economy of landscape change, the climate hazards of the Indus River Basin, and Mughal-era architecture in India. He has also studied water management, international water treaties, and the climatic hazards of the basin.

The answer to Ravi’s socio-hydrology is RUDA, which will eventually use its own CSR funds to build about one lac affordable dwellings. Lahore will no longer be a city for the wealthy, but rather a city for everyone thanks to its revival spirit.

It is significant to note that several RUDA representatives attended this session and provided guidance as needed.

Imran Amin, the CEO, reiterated his dedication to seeing this project through towards the end, claiming there was no other option to safeguard Lahore from its impending water, environmental, and ecological problems.
