Islamabad: SSH, a global construction company with its headquarters in Kuwait, has been selected as the lead design consultant for a twin-tower mixed-use residential project in Islamabad.
It will be the corporation’s “first signature residential development” in Pakistan, it claims. The “Aurum One” towers would be located on G.T. Road near Islamabad’s Giga Mall.
The client is a joint venture between Paragon Developers and the Defence Housing Authority Islamabad-Rawalpindi.
The “Aurum One” buildings would be built on a 10,000 square meter plot of land on G.T. Road, right adjacent to the Giga Mall in Islamabad.
The towers will have a total built area of roughly 146,000 sq m and provide studio to three-bedroom apartments, as well as shops, a gym, and a rooftop pool.
